This is the biggest annual painting and decorating trade show and is a must for all professional painters and decorators. Owatrol Deco is an oil-based multi-surface paint with a high gloss finish suitable for all surfaces. Since the changes in EU legislation regarding VOC contents, most multi-surface paints are now water-based products and many decorators have been forced to settle for these despite their many drawbacks.
