I’m a stockist, why should I be an Authorised Partner?
High quality products and great customer service are both incredibly important to us. We want to ensure that our stockists are well-equipped to stock and sell our products; as well as give the best and most accurate advice on them and their uses.
Through the Authorised Partner Scheme we are able to provide a better service for both partners and customers and can provide our partners with the following benefits:
- Minimal stock holding
- Guaranteed supply direct from Owatrol UK
- Specification support for large projects
- Authorised Partner authentication for your website to reassure customers
These services are not available to non-authorised partners. We expect any company that is part of the scheme to have undertaken full training on all Owatrol solutions. Stocking our products is also a must.

I’m a customer, why should I buy from an Authorised Partner?
To help us to ensure that our customers are receiving the very best service we have developed our Authorised Partner Scheme to enable users of Owatrol products to have a guarantee that their purchase is from a recognised and supported source. There are a number of key benefits to purchasing Owatrol Solutions either direct from us or from one of our Authorised partners, the main ones being:
- Technical knowledge support for all Owatrol solutions including how and when to apply them correctly
- On-site inspections for product complaints by Owatrol Employees within the UK (excludes Northern Ireland)
To receive this extra level of service and after care please ensure that you buy your Owatrol solutions either direct from us or from one of our Authorised Partners. Products purchased from sources other than these will not be covered by the same support and after-care systems.
