Orders are sent next working day delivery if placed before 3pm Monday – Thursday.

*Some exceptions apply. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer delivery to all areas for the following postcodes as standard: AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, BT, HS, KA, ZE, IM & Channel islands. Delivery Address
Goods can be delivered either to your home address or an alternative address.
If paying by credit or debit card we recommend that goods are delivered to the address associated with the card.
If you request delivery to an alternative address this can raise security issues and verification in these circumstances may delay your order.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated in working days – i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days does not include weekends or National Bank Holidays).
In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.
Deliveries to non-Mainland or remote locations may take longer.
Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives the Courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.
IMPORTANT
We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this policy, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed.
We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
All shipments are governed by the Terms and Conditions of delivery as stated by each individual carrier. Owatrol UK Ltd. will not accept claims for liability or loss against late delivery of any goods.
