Soapclean is a gentle wood cleaner that has powerful degreasing properties for the removal of surface dirt from both interior and exterior wood.
Easy to use, smear free and with a pleasant odour, Soapclean’s non-aggressive formula makes it ideal for cleaning varnished or oiled surfaces.
When used on exterior wood, Soapclean will remove dirt and grime whilst leaving the weathered grey appearance. For removal of this grey colour, we recommend using Net-Trol wood cleaner and brightener instead.
Soapclean is highly economical to use as it has a concentrated formula, requiring just 2 capfuls to 10 litres of water, for interior use.

Important!
Newly varnished/oiled surfaces must be left a minimum of 15 days before cleaning with Soapclean for the first time.
Surface preparation
Brush or vacuum off any loose dirt and dust
Remove any organic surface growth e.g. moss
Dilutions
Interior Flooring
2 capfuls of Soapclean per 10 litres of water (preferably lukewarm)
Exterior Wood
4 capfuls of Soapclean per 10 litres of water (preferably lukewarm)
DO NOT use undiluted
Application
Interior Flooring
- Clean floor with diluted Soapclean using a wrung out mop, sponge or cloth
- Allow to dry
Exterior Wood
- Apply diluted Soapclean to the surface being cleaned
- Allow to work 10-15 minutes
- Do not allow solution to dry on the surface while working
- Clean surface with the appropriate tool
- Rinse thoroughly with fresh clean water using a hose, pressure washer or bucket and sponge (change water regularly)
- Allow to dry
- If required repeat process

Restrictions
Soapclean will NOT remove oils or the weathered grey appearance from exterior wood. In these cases, use Net-Trol, Aquanett or Prepdeck
Do not use on metal surfaces
NEWLY FINISHED SURFACES: Newly finished surfaces must be left a minimum of 15 days before cleaning with Soapclean
Things to remember
- Cover everything you do not wish to clean
- People with damaged or sensitive skin should wear protective gloves
- Apply between 5°C and 35°C
- Do not apply in direct sunlight or to hot surfaces
- Work large areas in zones
- When applying by spray, adjust nozzle to prevent formation of a mist

This is the best floor cleaner I have used.
I have resin floor tiles in my kitchen and every time I mop the floor I am left with a “cloudy/milky film” over the floor tiles and I have tried every type of cleaner but none have worked.
