Polytrol Bumper after 5 months

Polytrol Restores a faded car bumper

Over at Detailing World we stumbled across another happy Owatrol customer using Polytrol to restore a faded car bumper. They posted this picture to show Polytrol at work:

Polytrol Car Bumper Before and AfterPolytrol is a colour restorer for plastics, GRPs, gelcoats, metals and other surfaces. It restores the original look and feel to the surface and dries to a long-lasting tough but flexible finish. Polytrol penetrates deeply, re-wetting the pigments so restoring the colour and lustre, which have been lost through exposure to sunlight, rain and pollution. On bare metals Polytrol restores the shine and protects against corrosion.

The customer said:

This stuff is probably one of the best restorers I have ever tried, it costs very little and goes a loooooong way. Did everything plastic exteriorwise […] and I was just taken aback at the results.

They also went on to post a picture of the car 5 months later, with the Polytrol finished plastics still looking amazing!

Polytrol must not be used on white surfaces. Polytrol will not work as it is designed to restore pigments.

It’s great to stumble across happy Owatrol customers but it’s even better if you get in touch! If you’d like to read the full conversation about Owatrol Polytrol over at Detailing World then please click here.
