This beautiful 1900 Victorian terrace house in Cheshire is owned by Alex of Tiny Victorian Home is a wonderful account that showcases D.I.Y and upcycling. If you prefer a dark décor aesthetic and love plants, this is definitely an account for you

This amazing Villa is owned by Cal & Claire of What have we Dunoon. As the name may suggest, the background to purchasing this villa was a bit of an accident! Check them out to learn all about their story of how they came to owning this wonderful building.

This unique blue little number is owned by Katie of The Surf House. It’s a 200 year old little house in Devon that once fully renovated will be used as a rented holiday home.

5) My Welsh Castle
If you’re up for following an account with a much larger footprint, then head on over to Jude of My Welsh Castle who owns a derelict listed castle! Jude uploads several times a month and although she knows she has a lifetime of work ahead, she is up for the task and we are along for the ride!

6) Victoria Road Restoration
If a castle is a little not to your taste, then check out Lucy and Dan of Victoria Road restoration. It is a three storey Victorian Townhouse with a mix of both traditional and contemporary features, with each room having it’s own unique character.

7) The House that Jen built
Jen of The House that Jen Built started work on her 3 Bed Semi Detached 1930’s home in January of 2020 and has managed to turn the house into a beautiful contemporary space. Although this is her first renovation, she is always up for a challenge and has a YouTube channel with handy tips and advice.

Samantha of Making Walford Magical owns a gorgeous grade II listed Georgian home in Shropshire. It has dark and whimsical styling which we just love and she posts lots of before and after photos/videos of her brilliant DIY efforts.

9) Victorian Reno Project
This wonderful Victorian house in Norfolk dates back to 1852 and although it has a strong contemporary style, the owners have kept a lot of the original beauty of the house. They regularly post before and after images of all aspects of the house, so we highly recommend giving Victorian Reno Project a follow.

10) My Tiny Estate
Finally, we have to mention Dean and Borja of My Tiny Estate. Contrary to what the name suggests, this estate is anything but small! The guys are restoring an English Estate that consists of a
Georgian house, cottages, stables and walled gardens. The plan is to rent it out and have people stay in Spring 2022, so why not give them a follow to see how they get on?
