What makes Owatrol products different?

it lists the product as “OCDE 301F tested”. I believe it should be OECD 301F tested, where OECD is Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development 🙂
Is the conventional or biodegradable product better at stripping paint?

I am not quite sure what you mean by ‘conventional’ strippers? All of these products are biodegradable and we do not stock any other similar ones that are not.
