Should surface be dry before applying aquannett ?
After application of neutraliser . I washed off product wth presssure washer. How long should I let wood dry out for before applying oil .
Thanks John McCarthy
Hi there John,
The wood surface should be dry before applying Aquanett but must be kept moist, so a light misting might be necessary if it is drying out whilst working.
You should then apply Net-Trol once you have washed the Aquanett away and whilst the wood is still wet.
Once these steps are complete you will then need to leave the wood for 2-3 days to completely dry out before applying a finishing oil such as Textrol.
I hope this was helpful.
All the best,
The Owatrol Team
